Practice Profile: Mr. Baker provides estate, tax and business planning services to closely held businesses and to business owners, executives, professionals, real estate investors and other individual clients. The practice provides an integrated approach to tax, business and management aspects of family wealth preservation, on-going business operations and business succession planning. The practice also includes trust formation and administration matters, probate matters, planning and implementation of business transactions and representation in gift and estate tax controversies.
